Bitdeer Technologies and Soluna Holdings have signed a co-mining agreement to deploy approximately 28 megawatts of Bitcoin mining hardware at a wind-powered data center in South Texas. Operations are slated to begin in September 2026 and will add roughly 1.93 exahashes per second to the Bitcoin network’s hash rate. Soluna will provide the site, electricity, and day-to-day operations while Bitdeer supplies its Sealminer A2 Pro Air machines and retains hardware ownership. Both companies will share mining proceeds. Project Kati 1, the 83 MW facility located in Willacy County, posted its first gross profit in Q2 2026.
