California-based startup Keenable has emerged from stealth with a 26 million dollar seed round, closed on November 5, 2025, backed by Accel, Conviction Partners, Brightwing Capital, and ScOp Venture Capital, along with angel investors from Google and Amazon. The company has built an independent web search index spanning more than 100 billion documents, optimized for the low-latency, high-frequency queries that AI agents require. CEO Andrey Styskin previously led Yandex’s search division, while Chief Scientist Matthias Petri joins from Amazon AGI. Keenable offers API pricing starting at one dollar per 1,000 requests and includes point-in-time historical query capabilities, enabling AI systems to access the web as it existed at specific moments.
