This feature, currently in validator voting after being introduced in xrpld version 3.3.0, allows token issuers to delegate specific actions such as minting, freezing, clawback, or trust line authorization to separate accounts while maintaining security. This capability enables regulated issuers to establish clear operational boundaries between compliance, operations, and security teams. Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin circulating supply has topped $2 billion, marking a significant milestone for the stablecoin.
