The amendment sets the annual fee at 2.5% of NAV, with shares set to list on NYSE Arca under ticker ZCSH. Amid a broader crypto market rally, ZEC gained 34% in 24 hours, crossing $800 for the first time since January 2018 with an intraday high of $857. Coinbase Custody Trust Company would hold the trust’s tokens while Bank of New York Mellon serves as transfer agent and administrator.
