Bitdeer Technologies has signed a five-year offtake agreement worth approximately $400 million with a high-credit-quality customer. This contract covers about 50% of the capacity at the A102 site, Bitdeer’s new 9.5 MW data center in Malaysia, equipped with NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems and designed for AI cloud services. The customer has agreed to prepay more than 50% of the associated capital expenditures, with services scheduled to begin in Q1 2027. As part of its transformation strategy, Bitdeer aims to build out up to 350 MW of AI-ready data center capacity by Q1 2028.
