Dogecoin price looks historically cheap, but there’s one problem

Dogecoin is currently trading near $0.07, after several weeks of sideways movement. The on-chain CVDD indicator shows that the token has entered a rare undervaluation zone, which has historically been associated with major price turning points. However, momentum indicators remain weak: the RSI is below the neutral level of 50 and the CMF is slightly negative at -0.01. Open interest in the derivatives market stands at approximately $501 million and the funding rate is at 0.0031, meaning long positions continue to pay shorts. This divergence between the undervaluation signal from on-chain metrics and the lack of confirmation from technical indicators leaves Dogecoin in an uncertain position.
