Uber sold approximately 67.5 million shares of Aurora Innovation for roughly $476 million through a block trade executed by its subsidiary Neben Holdings at around $7.10 per share. The ride-hailing giant has not exited the company entirely: it still holds approximately 258.5 million shares, representing 15.6% of the outstanding Class A stock. Uber originally acquired this stake when it divested its autonomous driving division ATG to Aurora in late 2020 in a deal valued at roughly $4 billion.
