Shiba Inu users have been warned about scams exploiting fake token migration narratives. Community member Mazrael revealed that scammers are promoting false migration information through Telegram groups, using an account identified as « someonesmart ». These fraudsters post their Telegram links in the Bone ShibaSwap and Shibarium groups after muting official channels and banning developers. Mazrael confirmed that no migration is currently taking place and reminded users that the legitimate tokens in the ecosystem are SHIB, BONE, LEASH and TREAT. Additionally, a LEASH v2 migration is planned due to a hidden flaw in the original token code, which contained a rebase mechanism capable of altering supply despite developers’ assurances.
