BUZZ High Performance Computing, a subsidiary of HIVE Digital Technologies, has signed a five-year enterprise contract worth approximately $350 million with an investment-grade enterprise customer (rated BBB- or higher), covering 2,016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs configured in GB300 NVL72 rack-scale systems. This contract generates roughly $70 million in annualized recurring revenue, bringing BUZZ HPC’s total contracted GPU cloud ARR to approximately $180 million annually. This is HIVE’s second major HPC contract in two months, following a $220 million three-year agreement signed in June 2026 with Bell AI Fabric and Cohere Inc. Together, the two deals represent approximately $570 million in total contracted value.
