The company signed a 10-year master services agreement with a neo-cloud AI infrastructure provider, committing to deliver an initial 20 megawatts of AI compute capacity for potential revenue exceeding $1.2 billion, expandable to $3 billion with an additional 32-megawatt expansion. Hyperscale still holds over 1,000 BTC in reserve, valued between $65 million and $71 million at the time of the announcement.
