Iran not prioritizing US talks, eyes Oman for mediation

This Gulf country has historically served as an intermediary between the two nations, notably during talks leading to the 2015 nuclear agreement. Markets reflect this pessimism, with the likelihood of a diplomatic meeting by the end of July dropping from 10% to 3%, and only a 2% probability of a final nuclear deal by mid-August.
