Ionic Digital made its Nasdaq debut on July 28, with shares opening at $53 and climbing 9% by the close of the first trading session. The company, born from Celsius Network’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing in July 2022, operates Bitcoin mining facilities with a hash rate of approximately 12.2 EH/s and holds a treasury of roughly 540 BTC. Ionic Digital raised $400 million ahead of the listing, securing a valuation of around $2 billion. It is also developing HPC data center sites, including a 234 MW facility in Texas, targeting revenue of $195 million for 2026.
