Zcash (ZEC) climbed to its highest price since 2016, reaching $1,249.28 before retreating to around $1,195. The privacy-focused cryptocurrency gained 45% over the past week and 138% over 30 days, pushing its market capitalization above $20 billion. The rally follows Grayscale’s conversion of its Zcash Trust into an ETF that began trading on NYSE ARCA on Aug. 25 under the ticker ZCSH. The ETF closed at $83.77 per share with $463.2 million in assets under management. Zcash’s all-time high remains $3,191.93, reached on Oct. 28, 2016.
