Charles Edwards, founder of Capriole Investments, relies on the Market Hedge Ratio measuring the flow between stablecoins and Bitcoin, which touched the -20.78% bearish threshold on September 4. Analyst Root, writing at Bitcoin Strategy, identified the same signal from price structure, with BTC reclaiming its 200-day moving average, 21-week average, and short-term holder cost basis. Bitcoin trades at $79,755 with a market cap near $1.6 trillion, just 0.5% above the 21-week average at $79,355. Both analysts have defined invalidation levels: a weekly close below $70,000 would break both theses.
