Trezor is asking customers who bought a hardware wallet from CryptoBilis on or after March 2026 to move their funds immediately to a new wallet with a new recovery phrase. The company considers credible the report of an additional circuit board fitted with a cellular module and an antenna inside a Trezor Safe 5 purchased in Indonesia through Tokopedia. The implant could capture information displayed on the screen, including the recovery phrase, and transmit it over a mobile network. Trezor is offering a direct replacement or a voucher, although no stolen funds have been reported and no other reseller or region is currently known to be affected.
