XRP joined the market-wide sell-off on Friday, falling from about $1.30 to $1.19 before rebounding to $1.25 amid news of the Binance hack, described as the largest crypto-industry hack by dollar value. According to analyst EGRAG CRYPTO, the short-term structure remains fragile, but reclaiming the key monthly level of $1.65 could open the way to targets of $8, $13, and eventually $30. He places XRP between its 33-month moving average, which acts as dynamic resistance, and its 77-month moving average, which he views as major macro support. The analyst also cites XRP accumulation phases in 2014, 2017, 2020, and 2023, each followed by gains exceeding 500 %, while acknowledging that history does not guarantee a repeat. CasiTrades argues that the technical correction was already underway before the hack news and that several altcoins are entering deeper Fibonacci retracement levels.
