Binance’s XRP reserves fell to 2.47 billion XRP on October 30, down from 2.69 billion two days earlier, according to CryptoQuant. The 8.18% decline reflects the withdrawal of more than 220 million XRP in two days and could indicate accumulation or a reduction in the supply immediately available for sale. XRP balances also declined on Bybit, from 306 million to 286 million XRP, and on Bithumb, from 1.847 billion to 1.837 billion XRP. Although this contraction in exchange-held supply could limit immediate selling pressure, it does not necessarily mean that investors are actively accumulating XRP. The token remained volatile and did not react to the trend.
