XRP Healthcare has officially announced the cessation of its operations and the coordinated delisting of its XRPH and XRPHAI tokens. On September 3, attackers drained 4,011 XRPH wallets, resulting in total losses of approximately $452,000 (267,664 XRP and native tokens). Technical analysis revealed that the vulnerability originated from XRP Healthcare’s application code: the algorithm generated low-entropy seed phrases and was transmitting them over the network. Former Ripple developers, including Matt Hamilton, Vet Goose and Hazard Cookie, had flagged critical risks and questionable operational practices within the project several years earlier, only to be ignored by management. Project liquidation is now deemed inevitable, while XRPH Wallet applications will remain permanently disconnected from the network.
