The Winklevoss twins have filed Form S-1 with the SEC to launch the Winklevoss Zcash ETF, a passive investment vehicle directly holding ZEC. The product is expected to list on Nasdaq under the WINK ticker, with Gemini Trust Company serving as custodian of all ZEC holdings. Winklevoss Capital Fund has expressed interest in purchasing up to $100 million worth of shares, although this is not a binding commitment. The filing comes 13 years after the Winklevoss brothers’ first Bitcoin ETF bid on July 1, 2013. The fund will not use leverage or derivatives.
