Europe has many startups but lacks global tech giants, according to Hermann Hauser, co-founder of Arm and Amadeus Capital. Hauser identifies three main obstacles: lack of growth capital, absence of experienced management, and limited access to critical technologies, risking turning Europe into a U.S. technology colony.
