Eli Lilly posted exceptional second-quarter 2025 results with revenue of $23 billion, up 48% year over year. Mounjaro sales surged 91% to $9.9 billion and Zepbound U.S. revenue grew 44% to $4.9 billion. Management raised full-year revenue guidance to a range of $85 billion to $87 billion. International growth was particularly strong with revenue outside the U.S. jumping 80% to $8.6 billion and volumes rising 113%. Morgan Stanley expects the global obesity and diabetes GLP-1 drug market to grow from $79 billion in 2025 to $190 billion in 2035.
