Jim Cramer’s Charitable Trust initiated positions in BNY and Kimberly-Clark, buying 240 shares of BNY at roughly $161 and 365 shares of Kimberly-Clark at roughly $108. Both positions represent 1% of the portfolio and are part of a strategy to shift away from AI-related stocks toward defensive names with lower price-to-earnings multiples. BNY, under CEO Robin Vince, has seen its pre-tax margin improve from 21.1% to 35.1% between 2022 and 2025, with earnings per share growing from $2.88 to $7.40. Kimberly-Clark has a $120 price target, with the stock trading at roughly 14 times 2026 earnings estimates and sporting a 4.75% dividend yield.
