Jim Cramer’s Charitable Trust sold 35 shares of CrowdStrike at roughly $212 and 20 shares of Palo Alto Networks at roughly $365, as both stocks hit new record highs. The portfolio will now hold 750 CRWD shares and 200 PANW shares. The sales lock in a gain of approximately 145% on CrowdStrike, purchased in November 2024, and 174% on Palo Alto Networks, bought in April 2024. Palo Alto shares have nearly doubled year-to-date, while CrowdStrike has gained about 82%. CrowdStrike is scheduled to report earnings on August 26 and Palo Alto Networks on September 1, with both expected to show strong deal activity.
