The US Senate is set to vote during the week of August 3 on the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act (H.R. 3633), the most significant crypto legislation in years. The bill aims to establish clear jurisdictional boundaries between the SEC and CFTC over digital assets and stablecoins. The Senate Banking Committee approved the legislation on May 14, 2026 by a 15-9 vote, with a procedural motion expected as early as July 27-28. The House already passed its version in July 2025. Prediction markets are currently pricing in a 41% chance of the bill’s final passage.
