The US State Department has ordered nonessential government employees and their families to leave Saudi Arabia. The decision comes amid heightened security concerns following missile and drone attacks by Iran-backed Houthi forces against Saudi targets. Prediction markets assign a 23.5% probability to Houthi forces entering Aden by December 31, 2026, while the likelihood of a Saudi-Houthi ceasefire by October 31 is estimated at just 2.1%.
