Approximately $124 trillion in wealth is expected to be passed down by 2048, including $54 trillion to women, $52 trillion to children, and $18 trillion to charities, according to Cerulli Associates. Women entrepreneurs are now one of the fastest-growing sources of wealth concentration, with growth exceeding 125% over the past decade, while women veterans have seen approximately 300% growth in recent years. The nonprofit Girls Who Invest, founded by Seema Hingorani in 2011, has trained 5,000 college women and supports 700 annually to increase female representation in the financial industry.
