Trezor disclosed that approximately 67,000 additional US customers were affected by a data breach at its shipping provider ShipMonk, bringing the total to 80,689 affected customers. The breach involved contact and delivery records from 2019 to 2021. No funds were stolen as only contact and delivery details were exposed. Trezor confirmed its systems and devices remained unaffected and that ShipMonk provided written assurances the records had been deleted. However, the leaked information could be used to make phishing or physical scams targeting wallet backups far more convincing.
