Tesla and SpaceX have refused to allow the planned OKXICE platform, owned equally by OKX and Intercontinental Exchange, to list third-party tokenized versions of their shares. Amazon, Netflix, Lam Research and SoFi Technologies have also filed objections, bringing the total number of objecting issuers to 56 as of November 2, 2026. Of the 62 companies proposed for tokenization on October 4, 49 have formally objected, or approximately 79%, while 13 have not yet done so. Each issuer has a 30-day window to object but can still tokenize its own shares and list them on the venue. No launch date has been announced for OKXICE TSV, which plans to offer 24/7 trading through Uniswap v4 and settle transactions in stablecoins on OKX’s blockchain.
