Strive buys additional 469 Bitcoin, pushing total holdings to 25,000 BTC

Strive, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed asset manager co-founded by Vivek Ramaswamy, acquired 469 Bitcoin between September 8 and 11, 2026, bringing its total holdings to exactly 25,000 BTC. The purchase cost approximately $36.6 million at an average price of $77,954 per coin, funded entirely through SATA preferred stock without diluting common shareholders. The outstanding notional value of SATA has now surpassed $1.04 billion, representing 402,541 shares issued at $100 each. In under two years, Strive has risen to become one of the top five to seven publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holders globally. The company’s amplification ratio now stands at 53.5%, measuring the Bitcoin exposure shareholders receive relative to the firm’s net asset value.
