Strategy can’t get STRC back to parity

Strategy, Michael Saylor’s Bitcoin holding company, has seen its shares plummet 73% since July of last year. STRC, the preferred dividend instrument that pays twice-monthly dividends on $100/share of par value, fell from parity on May 15 and has never returned, nearly 100 days now. Despite selling approximately 7,000 BTC for nearly half a billion US dollars to support reserves and dividends, Strategy has failed to bring STRC back to parity, with the shares remaining 5% below par value three weeks after management’s promises. Saylor has resorted to posting absurd AI videos rather than addressing the situation.
