Approximately 13,400 ETH (about $32 million) were transferred to the Tornado Cash mixer in the past 24 hours by the hackers who drained the Solana-based Drift Protocol of $285 million on April 1, 2026. According to MistTrack, total daily activity across related wallets may reach 25,700 ETH ($61.5 million). A significant portion of the loot, between 82,000 and 94,000 ETH (up to $224 million), remains untouched. The attack, attributed to the North Korean state-sponsored group UNC4736 (Citrine Sleet), was carried out after six months of elaborate preparation. In August, law enforcement managed to freeze only $9.2 million, leaving little hope for affected investors.
