Outstanding loans on SparkLend in the Ethereum ecosystem rose 47.1% between July 29 and October 27, 2026, increasing from $1.79 billion to $2.64 billion. Over the same period, Morpho Blue grew by 29% and Aave V3 Core by 4.5%, allowing SparkLend to surpass Morpho Blue. WalleDAO attributed this growth to capital moving between platforms, new borrowing for staking and yield farming, and the decline in USDe loans on Aave. Assets supplied to SparkLend reached $8.51 billion at the end of the third quarter of 2026, up 69%, while active borrowing stood at about $2.89 billion, a 73% quarter-over-quarter increase.
