KB Kookmin Bank, South Korea’s largest bank, will launch a blockchain-based payment service for import and export companies. This service will be operational starting in August and will initially process US dollar payments via JPMorgan’s Kinexys network. The partnership was announced on July 26. Kinexys is JPMorgan’s blockchain unit, formerly known by another name.
