Hong Kong fintech company Solowin Holdings, listed on NASDAQ under ticker AXG, plans to deploy over 100 megawatts of high-performance computing and AI capacity in the United States by 2028 through its Utah-based division AXG Digital. The company reported approximately $28 million in revenue for fiscal year 2026 ending March 31, representing nearly 10x year-on-year growth. Its strategy rests on a dual-pillar model combining digital assets (stablecoins, real-world asset tokenization) and enterprise AI infrastructure through its KOVAR platform. Its Bahrain-based stablecoin operations hold a full license and Sharia certification. With US Congress still stalled on digital asset regulation, Solowin is building AI data centers on American soil while cutting costs through natural cooling advantages in sub-Arctic regions.
