Salesforce and Anthropic announced a major expansion of their « Claudeforce » partnership, embedding Salesforce’s CRM platform directly into Claude AI. The flagship product, « Salesforce in Claude, » offers 37 pre-built sales skills enabling sellers to query, update, and act on CRM data in real time without leaving Claude’s interface. Salesforce’s investment in Anthropic is valued at approximately $5 billion, with planned spending of around $300 million in tokens in 2026 to power internal coding workloads. The pilot program is already available to select customers, with an open beta planned for September 2026. The integration runs on Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol, and Marc Benioff described the combination as an enterprise « hat trick, » with Claude serving as the foundational model for Agentforce 360.
