RUM Group Inc., formerly known as Rumble Inc., has signed a $13.7 billion GPU services agreement over six years with a US-based cloud customer. The deal, announced on August 23, includes warrants to purchase up to 50,808,408 Class A shares at $0.01 per share. The agreement is structured in three equal tranches of approximately $4.6 billion each. RUM Group acquired Northern Data AG in June 2026, gaining 22,000 NVIDIA H100/H200 GPUs and 250 MW of power capacity. This contract will support the Quake AI division and follows a previous $270 million commitment with Together AI, representing a 50x scale increase.
