The Roundhill Magnificent Seven ETF, which tracks the seven major US technology companies (Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Microsoft, Nvidia and Tesla) with equal weighting, has gained approximately 9% year-to-date in 2026. The 10-year US Treasury yield reached 4.80% in early September 2026, its highest level since January 2025, a backdrop normally unfavorable for long-duration assets. The fund uses total return swaps to achieve its equal-weighted exposure and holds approximately 40% of its assets in US Treasury bills, allowing it to benefit from rising rates while capturing demand for the largest tech stocks. Assets under management are estimated between $3.6 billion and $5.2 billion, with an expense ratio of 0.30%. The performance gap between the Magnificent Seven and the ex-Mag7 index has narrowed from negative 10.2% to just negative 2.7%.
