On the first full day of the Swell conference, Ripple announced that RLUSD is now available through Coinbase Prime, the trading platform, and Coinbase’s retail app. Clients can convert US dollars and other dollar-denominated stablecoins into RLUSD on a 1:1 basis, while support for Coinbase Global Exchange, including the use of RLUSD as collateral, is expected to follow. Launched in late 2024, the stablecoin has surpassed a market capitalization of $2.6 billion and operates across XRP Ledger, Base, and Ethereum. Ripple is on track to exit 2026 with an annualized product revenue run rate of nearly $900 million: more than 1,700 institutions and enterprises use its services, the number of customers has tripled this year, its products facilitated more than $16 trillion in transactions during 2025, and Ripple Payments has accumulated nearly $150 billion in lifetime volume across more than 60 payout markets. Ripple also followed earlier conference announcements involving Robinhood, BNY, DriveWealth, Water.org, new treasury capabilities, and final OCC approval for Ripple National Trust Bank.
