QuFi launches post-quantum verification platform with Bitcoin testnet proof

Share

QuFi Network Limited launched its platform on September 4, 2026, introducing a post-quantum verification layer designed to sit on top of existing blockchain infrastructure without modifying it. The first live demonstration used Bitcoin’s Testnet4 with a synthetic token called uBTC, walking it through a full lifecycle including minting, burning, and redemption, with the latter settling as a standard Bitcoin transaction. The platform relies on three NIST-standardized algorithms: ML-DSA-65 for digital signatures, SLH-DSA as a hash-based backup layer, and ML-KEM-1024 for key encapsulation. The architecture decouples verification from settlement, allowing multiple networks to share a single verification layer and split associated costs. QuFi plans expansion to EVM ecosystems, Stellar, and Solana, and has launched a Genesis Node Program to build a decentralized verification network.
