PYTH token rose roughly 16% over two days after the Pyth DAO approved a new rule, dubbed the “100% Rule,” directing all revenue generated by network products toward purchasing PYTH tokens on the open market. This policy replaces a previous mechanism where only one-third of the non-PYTH balance was committed monthly, with a community vote required for each transfer. Purchases, capped at $25,000 per transaction with a 5% slippage limit, will be recorded onchain with monthly reports. Pyth’s commercial operations have expanded, with active annual recurring revenue reaching $11.49 million in September, up 86% quarter over quarter. PYTH was trading around $0.0857 at the time of writing, with resistance forming in the $0.088 to $0.090 area.
