Plume Network, an EVM-compatible modular blockchain dedicated to tokenizing real-world assets, has joined DTCC’s Digital Assets Solutions Industry Working Group, which now counts over 100 member firms. The platform registered as a transfer agent with the SEC on October 6, 2025, enabling it to maintain shareholder records on-chain and serve as the authoritative record rather than a mirrored ledger. DTCC launched its Digital Assets Solutions business line on March 31, 2026 and successfully executed trades involving tokenized assets, including Russell 1000 stocks and ETFs, in July. A full commercial launch of the tokenization service is planned for October 2026. With existing interoperability with DTCC networks, Plume is positioned to service that demand from day one.
