Oracle plans to spend $1 billion over four years on companies that sell, build and migrate workloads to its cloud through partner incentives, artificial intelligence resources, cloud migration funding and sales support. The funds will benefit the Oracle PartnerNetwork and programs such as the Oracle Migration Accelerator and the Startup Growth Engine. Meanwhile, Infosys, LTIMindtree, Cognizant, Accenture and KPMG have pledged more than $1.5 billion to train on the Oracle platform and develop more than 100 industry-specific AI use cases, while training up to 8,000 practitioners. The priority for shareholders is now to convert this backlog into recognized revenue, making execution more important than demand.
