For Business accounts, credits are pooled at the workspace level based on the number of $20 Standard seats and $100 Premium seats, with a $500 cap for each billing cycle. The credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing period. The benefit is intended to encourage subscribers to build applications and agents on OpenAI’s API platform.
