Ondo Finance launched three portfolio tokens on September 24 based on strategies developed by BlackRock. The products, called Ondo High Income, Ondo Diversified Growth and Ondo High Growth, are issued by Ondo and not by BlackRock. Only eligible non-US investors who complete the onboarding process can exchange their tokens directly with Ondo. US investors cannot make direct redemptions and must rely on the secondary market to trade their tokens. BlackRock only provides model allocations to Ondo and does not manage the portfolios or owe fiduciary duties to token holders.
