Obol World launched an API on November 1, 2026, allowing applications, trading bots and automated agents to create, discover and trade tokens from its launchpad. Transactions are signed through users’ self-custodial wallets, giving them control over their funds. The project now allocates 80% of revenue from the $OBOL token and the broader protocol to purchasing tokens on the open market and burning them, while 20% is reserved for liquidity, infrastructure and growth. As of October 31, 2026, Obol World had repurchased approximately 2.67 million $OBOL tokens, with its buyback activity publicly tracked. Each launched token can also choose where its fees go, including to holders, creators or perpetual futures positions on Hyperliquid. Obol World is distinct from Obol Collective, which also uses the $OBOL ticker but focuses on Ethereum distributed validators.
