Nvidia has granted Nebius Exemplar Cloud status for its production HGX B300 racks, validating that the infrastructure offered to customers matches the chipmaker’s reference architecture. The cloud operator, listed on NASDAQ under the ticker NBIS, also posted the fastest single-node B300 times in the MLPerf Training 6.0 closed division, covering the Llama-3.1-8B and GPT-OSS 20B models. Each node features 8 Blackwell Ultra GPUs with approximately 2.1 TB of HBM3e memory and uses fifth-generation NVLink. Nebius had previously earned Exemplar status on other Nvidia platforms, including the H200 and GB300 NVL72 configurations.
