Nvidia plans to invest $3 billion in Meta as the company seeks to raise between $95 billion and $97.5 billion to fund its AI infrastructure. The plan includes $35 billion in underwritten public equity offerings, including $25 billion of Class A shares priced at $625 each, and a $60 billion at-the-market program. Meta raised its full-year capital expenditure forecast to between $135 billion and $145 billion, supporting expected demand for AI hardware.
