Nvidia reported record data center revenue of $89 billion in Q2 FY2027, representing a 117% year-over-year increase. The split between hyperscale customers (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Meta and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and the ACIE segment (AI clouds, industrial clients and enterprise buyers) is now nearly even, with $48.7 billion versus $40.3 billion respectively. Data center revenue now accounts for approximately 92% of Nvidia’s total revenue. Nvidia’s management estimates global AI infrastructure spending could reach between $3 trillion and $4 trillion by the end of the decade. This diversification toward non-hyperscale customers, who are less likely to develop competing custom silicon, is considered a key indicator for investors.
