Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, revealed that his demanding management style was partly inspired by his Taiwanese parents, who never found anything good enough. The company, valued at over $5 trillion, posted a turnover rate of just 2.5% for fiscal year 2025, with one in five employees having been there for at least ten years. In the second quarter of fiscal 2027, Nvidia reported record revenue of $96.2 billion, up 106% year-over-year, with $89 billion coming from data centers. Huang, whose net worth is estimated at $181 billion, works seven days a week and said he hopes to die on the job.
