Meta Platforms’ AI assistant Muse, launched on September 8, has become one of the fastest adopted products in Silicon Valley history. Meta’s stock has surged 38% from its August low of $545 to approximately $750. Meta signed on as a lead customer for AMD’s MI450 accelerators and Venice server CPUs across a deal covering up to 6 gigawatts of compute. This partnership helped AMD surpass a $1 trillion market cap on September 21, making it the fourth U.S. chipmaker to reach that milestone. AMD reported Q2 revenue of $11.5 billion, up 50% year-over-year, with Data Center revenue more than doubling to $6.7 billion.
